Grow With confidence

Growing with confidence, at their own rhythm.

Grow is the third and last word of our tagline. Here, children grow with confidence: they explore at their own rhythm, supported by early years professionals who listen closely, notice and guide with intention and care. Nothing about these years is hurried, because the precious years are not something to get through.

Grow A nature-led curriculum

Following curiosity and the seasons

We believe children learn best through real experiences, open-ended materials and meaningful exploration. Our nature-led curriculum follows children's curiosity and the changing seasons, from watching the woodlice family under the pot to exploring fascinating sea creatures in rock pools.

Forest School, Beach School and Farm School carry that curiosity out into the woods, onto the shore and to the farm, so the year itself sets the pace rather than a timetable. Indoors, children plant seeds, move loose parts and build dens, and the early years professionals around them notice what each child is drawn to and follow it with intention.

Grow Risk and problem-solving

Brave, thoughtful play

Children take risks and solve problems through play: a log to balance along, a den that keeps falling down, a pot that turns out to be heavier than it looked. Working things out for themselves is how confidence is made.

That bravery is always watched over. Our early years professionals listen closely, notice, and guide with intention and care, close enough to steady a wobble and patient enough to let a child find their own footing first.

Belong — a space where every child feels safe, known and understood

Grow Moving on

Ready to move on to school, without rushing the precious years.

Readiness is something that arrives in its own time. A child who has felt safe, known and understood, who has followed their curiosity through the seasons and been brave in play, moves on to school with confidence, having had their early years whole.
